When to refer
If you’re a primary care physician, endocrinologist, or urgent care provider, we welcome your referrals for:
- Suspected autoimmune or inflammatory disease (positive ANA/RF, elevated inflammatory markers)
- Joint pain or swelling persisting more than a few weeks
- Patients needing biologic or infusion-based therapy
- Complex cases needing specialist co-management
Gout referrals — our Gout Center of Excellence
We welcome referrals for patients with:
- Recurrent flares
- Tophi or joint damage
- Uric acid > 9.0
- Poor response to standard therapy
- Renal impairment or medication intolerance
