Send patient referrals directly to our office—we’ll provide timely scheduling and follow-up communication.
When to refer
We welcome referrals from all care providers for:
- Suspected autoimmune or inflammatory disease (positive ANA/RF, elevated inflammatory markers)
- Joint pain or swelling persisting more than a few weeks
- Patients needing biologic or infusion-based therapy
- Complex cases needing specialist co-management
Gout referrals — our Gout Center of Excellence
We welcome referrals for anyone with gout or suspected gout, including patients with:
- Recurrent flares
- Tophi or joint damage
- Poor response to standard therapy
- Renal impairment or medication intolerance
